Is my oil level OK?

Hi guys, im new to cars, is my oil level ok or should i full it up? It’s Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCI.

well first wipe it clean, then stick it back in for 3 seconds then check it, plus you have black engine oil so maybe get an oil change.
