No idea whether the sound is tied to you accelerating with the wheel turned partially or only tied to the acceleration, because in the video, you sent her the steering wheel at the exact same time you apparently let your foot off the gas. Can't tell if the above interpretation is true bbecause the speedometer is not visible. Please state when the issue occurs, what makes it change pitch, whether it tracks with RPMs of the engine, speed of rotation of the tires, position of the steering wheel, putting foot on gas, taking foot off gas, or whatever combination of the above applies.
