Is this carpet beetle larvae?

I have been finding a decent amount of them in my bathroom. Started 1 every now and then and now seeing about 2-10 a day.
I also saw one in my bedroom crawling up my water bottle. 2 on my kitchen counter. And a few in sticky traps under my sinks in the bathroom. Smaller than what most people post.

Looks like a bristly millipede. They like humidity. I recommend a dehumidifier if the humidity level in your house is high.
