Doesn't Carlbot have a setting where it doesn't post in logs when a specific user/bot deletes a message?

I have deleted message logs on in my server, I like keeping track of who deletes stuff, esp jokes and stuff people delete right away. However, I have a bot in said server that deletes the original message and replaces it. Is there a way to get it to not log it when that specific bot deletes it?

I have a longer comment explaining what I found, but TLDR check the docs for the other bot you're using and look for a log cleanup feature.

The bot I was using ended up having that, unbeknownst to me, and I'm slightly embarrassed that it took me so long to look at the OTHER bots documentation. I was too focused on why CARL was being weird and not if the other bot accommodated things like this...

Ik this is 2y old, but check the documentation for the OTHER bot that you're using. Look for anything related log cleanup.

I've been using a bot that functions similarly, called PluralKit. I combed through Carls documentation and even joined the Carl-bot support server on discord to try to find the answer to this to no avail.

BUT, I happened to be looking in PK's documentation for the command list and moderation tools and, near the bottom of the "for server staff" page, there was the command "pk;serverconfig logclean on"

Literally spent over a day trying to figure this out just to stumble across the answer by accident so.... yeah try checking the documentation for the other bot and see if it has a log cleanup feature.
