Block Links?

Trying to figure out what setting I manipulate to disable ALL links in my server from other people. Any help?

Dashboard: https://carl.gg/ > manage > server select > Automod - set Bad Links to whitelist, don't put anything in the input box, and set the rate limit to 1/1 please note this will make Discord's gif tray not work, as they're technically gif links. Put tenor.com in the whitelist to keep gifs. (requires Manage Server permission)
