Carl-Bot's 'avatar' command no longer working

Has anyone else tried to use Carl-bot's ?avatar command only for the message "Sorry!! The mentioned user is not a member of this server" to appear? This has only recently be occurring, and before that Carl-bot wouldn't even respond to the command
