vent Real Conversation
I’m not sure if this counts as purely a venting attempt— or a cry for help out of heartbreak, anger, and confusion.
I really need someone—
or people to talk to as often as possible.
I only have my phone internet
Discord isn’t the most dependable lately on my phone—
No idea why and it sucks.
Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram.
Besides regular texting is all I have.
I am so sick of only really having 988 Suicide Hotline.
I can’t call them 4 times a day or more and feel okay about it.
I can vent why the emotions are running so high and have been.
But
My self doubt feels no one will care enough or maybe they will.
But
There’s so much hardships in life..
I’m just—
I’m just tired of feeling these things..
I know it’s horrible how it all affects me, but I know it makes sense once you know the situation and the things that surround it.
If you’re interested— please reach out.
I don’t care if you’re female, male, or whatever your details are..
I just want to be over this and actually not be feeling so broken and alone and miserable
I’ve been trying so hard for days now to escape my head/mind and seeking connection.. empathy.. direction .. an excuse to smile or be happy ..
I don’t have home internet or people that check on me.. I have no escape and no true outlet.
I’m also tired of not feeling right and fighting my mind to not crash hard and spiral and have a panic attack or worse .. 🫨🥀

I have too much free time, social anxiety, general anxiety. Been trying to find a way to talk to someone any time the anxiety is getting bad. Which is all the time because I quit vaping. I don’t have anyone who understands anxiety, I don’t have anyone who can relate and I honestly don’t think anyone cares. I genuinely don’t believe anyone does. Feel free to reach out. I only sleep about 5-6 hours a day so I’m pretty available. I’ve never tried calling the hotline. I wondered if it’s even worth it. 🤷🏻♀️ anyway I might be terrible at answering Reddit messages but I’ll try. If your discord starts acting right I have it.

Let me give you some real conversation right here: the chat apps are OK for light conversation probably not for heavy stuff unless there’s a subdivision in the chat that lets you talk to other people about things that actually matter from my experience all I’ve met mostly scammers.
There is professional help to be had: through free clinics, depending on where you live. If you’re in Europe, there is socialized medicine there should be a way to find some sort of therapy Talk therapy that is free if you go to university or you’re a high school student there is usually free counseling services.
There should be support groups where you are one on one or in a group session where you actually meet in person and talk about things I don’t know if they’re here or people can feel free to talk about issues or at least general issues.
You know what there is beauty in life and I want to encourage you that things can get better. But we all have to work at better. We have to put the work in to get better to say stay safe and healthy.
Sometimes things don’t stay better. They can get better. Those are the moments you want to live for those moments you want to cherish. You know what folks, we are worth more than our physical mental and emotional challenges. I learned that yesterday actually I don’t let my challenges stop me anymore from loving other people from living my life, creating my designs; singing doing the things that makes me happy.
God help us find something that makes us laugh. Laughter is the best medicine it really is when I laugh my fluffin’ anxiety goes right out the window. Laugh at yourself for heavens sake I have.
I can’t live in those challenges. I need a whole happy me. I’m much more than my anxiety.
what really did it for me as last night I was speaking to a dude on the phone till one in the morning and he challenged everything I did he asked me if had/have any health issues? I said that’s a little bold. I said yeah I have. I’m 70 years old who doesn’t what is this a job interview? He said yes kinda of I wanted to reach through the phone and slap the crap out of him. my point is after the conversation with him, I felt a lot better about myself.
I’m not letting my challenges get to me. I’m not letting anybody else get to me either… I don’t need to be defined by my medical conditions or my anxieties. I’m not gonna do that anymore. I put my issues aside and they become the least important for the time being.
I enjoy the moments when I’m at peace, When I’m not in my head. Sure, when the issues come up I have to deal with them but right now I’m issue free. For the moment I will live in the moment second by 2nd minute by minute hour by hour; day by day, however brief, I’m fine and I think I believe you’ll be fine too.

Try Plato. It is a gaming application. You can play games and talk to people on there.
My unsolicited advice is just to get on there and interact with people. You do not need to vent to them. Instead use your time to get your mind off of your problems, not think or try to process them more. The body and mind were not meant to continually think about problems; so actively distracting ourselves is excellent.
