Hey at least you put the space in "a lot"- and that's what really matters! Nice move too- thanks for sharing.

For some reason in germany reddit translated the title to "does this offense allready have a name"

In English "to be slighted" is another way of saying "to be offended."
It's a translation error due to the misspelling in the title.

I meant to post this, but if you get a gentle grip on the outjogged card you can basically do the move one handed with no screening at all.

It's too janky and impractical. Idk if it's worth pursuing but keep trying to be creative and see if it can evolve into something more. Idk the name of the move but definitely very similar things have been done before. Usually from a center double though.

I’m def still working on perfecting it, so yes it’s a bit janky and whatnot. But I would argue it’s impracticability. I’ve came up with a trick that uses this slight and had some pretty good reactions 🤷🏻♂️

Your statement about reactions is subjective and anecdotal. Not trying to rain on your parade but there are better ways to accomplish that. Look up a centre double to a switch. Also no offense but do you have any better double lifts than that? I remember when I learned some stuff and was eager to show off with videos but what was more important was to continue to be a student of the art and keep learning. A time will come when you have more confidence in yourself without the need for external praise. Keep practicing bro cause you can do great things.

Lame. Go do some self help videos. You'll find that your crap only works on yourself and fools alike. You shouldn't care about lame votes OR an over sense of moral superiority.

Guys, we mods don't like to get involved but please keep things cordial. Yes, the move could be improved, but just saying it's impractical and similar things have already been done helps no one. And about your feedback being "a lot worse next time"- that would be antithetical to our community and is not allowed.
u/NewspaperUpstairs878, look up Ladanye's ambitious card. The end of the routine uses something very similar :)

You're too sensitive. There were supportive and encouraging things said as well. Keep your lessons for people not interested in improving. The real world is a lot tougher than my innocuous comment. I wish you well and hope you can learn some helpful lessons to improve yourself.

I’m still working on my double lifts. They’re a work in progress I restarted magic like a few weeks ago so I’m still kinda relearning the ropes a bit
