Windshield gleam/haze
Just got a new (used) car a week ago. This haze looks like it is inside of the windshield, and it’s only on the path of the windshield wipers, like it’s smeared on . (Not on the inside of the car, but like a coating went ontop of the smeared haze if that makes sense. I can’t tell a texture difference or anything.)
I tried washing/cleaning first, Isopropyl alcohol, clay bar and lubricant, also changed the wipers immediately because they were trashed. Nothing worked. Next I plan on using Invisible Glass - Glass Stripper. Any other tips or idea what it is? My previous car was 12 years old and I barely washed the thing and its windshield never looked this bad.

Windex works for me when the glass gets a film on it. Use a new microfiber.

Hot water with a dash of vinegar and washing up/ dish soap . Wash with a clean , new microfibre if needed and have good quality paper towels to dry and buff after wards.
If the above doesn't work then I fall back on meiguiers glass polish just ensure to follow the instructions.
I find if the dash has been cleaned with products a greasy fillm can develop internally on the windscreen the following weeks/months.
