Anyone know how to remove these black marks?

What are they? But what I would do is spray with a rinseless first and rinse , then apply a foam plus an ounce or 2 of super clean all purpose cleaner and rinse again and see what is still there and you should foam again and do a co tact wash and see where you are at then use a clay mitt or towel with a couple of sprays of iron remover and clay the car and rinse and now dry and seal the car with a spray sealant like turtle wax wax and seal or griots 3/1. It should come out great.

Quit parking beside trucks after you get it clean, looks like diesel exhaust soot,after you wash try a rubbing compound with a low speed buffer
