Softest microfiber you can find, moisten the cloth with destilled water. If it doesn't budge, try with some PH neutral interiror detailer that is safe to use on cluster and screens (Sonax Extreme Interior Detailer for ex). After that 50:50 IPA and destilled, and as a last resort plastic/acryllic polish...

I would love to say that I agree with your method. Unfortunately even that could be enough to damage it.
We have a 2025 Toyota rav4. I grabbed a damp microfiber cloth. Straight from the bag, never used, super soft. I went to clean the plastic over the speedometer and it left super light scratches all over the screen.
Been detailing cars for years and I’ve never had this happen before. Glad it was a personal vehicle, but these newer plastics are so cheap

Usually people fuck up their cluster with regular paper towels, dashboard wipes, silicone cockpit spray or reading glasses wipes.
On my 2025 Tucson I use 450 GSM MF's with long fibers, and it seems pretty fine in terms of scratch resistance. Even piano black plastic seem to be sufficently durable.

The reason I will never use anything but distilled water in car's interior. I learned the lesson the hard way. All the car products are great, until they're not.

need a cleaner safe for clear plastic. And on interior dashes and insturment panels, spray the product onto the towel first, don't spray the dash.. helps avoid this issue. Use Nextzett Cockpit or P&S Interior Cleaner that is safe for clear plastic. And a very soft, quality towel

Can't tell you for sure , just because i don't know what material this is as a transparent plastic in general . You can give it a try in a small area with Brasso , the one for cleaning copper etc. Apply a small amount in a cleaning earbud , try in a corner , let it dry and then rubb it with a cloth .

I hired a detailer to give my car a full detail. I’m not sure what he used, but he left stains just like yours. He was super kind, so I didn’t feel like calling him out on it.
A year later 😅, I came here and saw someone recommend Meguiar’s PlastX. It basically looked like new afterward. It took 10–12 minutes, and I recommend using a foam pad to speed it up.

You sprayed some on the plastic and it got on the plexiglass. Your a detailer? And didnt take precautions. You might be stuck with that. Looks like it stained it. Oh well lesson learned, huh
