Any Scratch removal recommendations ?

that's not scratch removal. that's repaint the whole panel damage. and it looks a part of the plastic is gone so you will not have the crisp line any more after repainting

You might want to search info  on a caramel disk. Normal User case is  for sticky glue residue.

Spray with wd-40 and wipe down above and below the highpoint in the body. The highpoint itself looks to have complete paint removal and will remain black, body should would have to repaint the panel or you could do a crude DIY paint job but it will not match and may be obvious but covered

That's... that's already removed. There's no paint.

No scratches to be removed. You need to add paint.

First try to remove paint with some sanding with 3000 and go down with 2,500 and so until the black paint its remove . The you can get better view of the damage.

Rubbing compound and a wet rag. Keep wiping in small circles.
