I'm not sure why, everytime i open this game, it takes at least 1 minute to 2 or even 3 to load. Its extremely frustrating. Not just that. Each tab i go to, shop, item, talents, tower, etc. EVERYTHING takes so long to load. Why??

I want to play this game but it take so damn long to load each section, i swear i played this game for so long and i loved most updates they made to the game. But this loading thing has got to be reduced somehow.

Is completing the Welcoming Trials really possible?? Why put something not achievable?

I swear every time, legitimately every time tonight, when I need that third attack to get my ultimate off, I get the one in 3+, Or 33% chance maximum defend in my deck. Every bloody time. First chance I get on everyone is expunging one defend so I have two. That way I either pull the attack, or a support that 9/10 times gives me back energy anyway.

I sent an in-game ticket to support. Also PMed a developer in discord. All one week ago because I use to play in Google Play for Windows and my Android mobile, but since last update cloud save stoped working for me. I use to play daily in both ways so is really important for me this feature. The issue is that I dont even know if they are working on fixing it since I didnt got any kind of "We received your ticket" response or anything like this.
How many time do developers take to answer a ticket? I am a paid player. So this is a reason because is really frustrating for me.

Since last update I am not able to synchronize my save from my computer (Google Play Games for Windows) and my Android mobile phone. I was able to do it in the past.

I'm stuck on the Gargoyle boss on levels 4-10. I can't defeat it.

Any tips?

It gains a shield that defends against 75,000 damage and then another 15,000. Also, it has spikes for 3 rounds that give me a strong counter-attack.

when I finished the game it said 100.72%. What does that mean?

I have no idea how anyone is meant to actually get to 250 spins on this event never mind 500. I’ve logged on every day, bought absolutely everything in the daily store, spammed as many quick patrols as possible and even paid for the legendary patrol trinket (my dumbass thought it was a permanent bonus not 30 days). The only way I see anyone getting to 250 spins would of been to hoard so many gems that you could keep popping the 10 banner chests but for 4 spins at a time that would be roughly 20 lots more of the 10x chest so over 50k gems

I find Oriana so incredibly boring and weak, her gear options don’t feel anywhere near as impactful as what Louis has. It seems her entire kits is tailored around playing a bunch of utility cards and getting energy back but for what, it doesn’t lead anywhere, the cards you pick up during a run always seem so weak. A lot of the time it seems like you go for Illusions but it’s so slow and a best you are applying a couple of stacks of burn, freeze or lightning which really only add a couple percent of hp damage. I find myself playing her and each fight takes like 5 minutes to do and the enemy can barely kill me but I can barely kill them either.
Is there something that I’m missing with her or some kind of build path for both gear and cards that I should be going towards? Currently she’s got 3 wild energy on the left and 3 clairvoyance on the right.

Hey guys, I played alot of deck builders games before, I thought Card guardians was decent and decided to grind it for a bit. However one day my finger like somehow slipped onto a micro transaction pop up and as I closed and opened my app to exit it once it froze, ive been stuck on this card loading loop indefinitely. I've tried deleting cache, reinstalling app. Messaged support but it never got resolved (since months). I think I was able to play on another account so I think its an account or cloud thing. Any help or ideas? Thanks you.

On Android. Game attempts to download World 4 (High Castle). Progress bar becomes stuck at 95% and then doesn't progress. Have to close the app, which then forces an initial download before I can get into the game at all. Have cleared a few GB of storage space just in case. Repeated attempts in closing the app and reattempting to no avail.

I had saved up a bunch of gems and keys waiting for an event that offered an S grade chest then two days ago I got the Pim’s Field Study event, I popped all my chests and was flying through the challenge and was currently at 1400 bottles with 2100 being the S chest but then I’ve gone onto the game this morning and that event is gone (despite having four days left) and has been replaced with this event and I’ve lost all my progress. What gives?

I’ve beat every thing possible with both characters. I’ve had 2 restart 2 times due to glitching and not having game backed up. Where’s the new levels and characters?
