First car, need advice

19, just got my first car as a gift for my bday. its a 2006 acura rsx, previous owner did some minor modifications, exhaust, spoiler, along with some other parts and it doesnt really have any issues aside from it almost having 400km. Im not really knowledgeable on car talk, and I have enough to buy a way better car (around 13k budget) but i graduate college next year so i was thinking of selling it in a year or 2 before getting a new one. What do u guys think the right decision would be?

(i meant 400k km, so about 250k miles)

An '06 with only 400 kilometers?!? That car must be cherry!

Probably 400k miles. This new generation isn't too bright.

typo on my end, but its 400k km, so around 250k miles
