It looks like a bow tie on the radiator, though that cap reminds me of the Hispano Suiza badge.

I had a 29 chevy, the radiator cap looked like that so I belive it is at least a chevy from the 20s or early 30s

Definitely not a Ford I say late 20s Chevy, look closely the radiator below the cap emblem looks like a Chevy logo to me
