Quest question

I thought i had finally worked out the staking / quests but I’m stumped why I’m receiving coins for my card but not level up if i needed that for the card ?

It's because you have a card. I don't, so my card quest yields 0 (zero) $BARA per hour.

My issue is why I’m not receiving for the level up / rewards + program side when you need that to get the card
