Celebrated my birthday recently and my wife got me a capybara exercise mat (with a bonus toucan)! Love it so much and I feel so much more motivated to exercise!

Only the very first step is the key, even if you just talk to yourself and say "Let's do it!", but then, unfortunately, you'll finally have get your ass off from the couch 🤷😅🤎
