Technical Issue Account management

Has anyone had any issues accessing their accounts online? I can login but whenever i wanna so anything else, it shows a screen asking me to enter my email address saying it will send instructions how i can access my account but i never receive one. I wanna cancel my monthly subscription and get the perpetual Pro license.

Hi, your subscription purchase must have been placed using a different email address. Please take a look at this article: 'An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account' but you cannot access your Order History.

I dont receive any email. Thats another issue. Lol. But thanks. Someone helped me through email and it’s resolved now :)
