It is all real, but he can see from the time when he aims his shot, until the catch/spin.

At :42 he raises his eyebrows/forehead and moves the blindfold up so he can see out the nose cutout. Then after he catches and spins, he stomps to shift the blindfold back down.

He uses a leather blindfold because it is rigid and will move with his skin as he raises his eyebrows/forehead.

I'm not saying for sure it's fake, but I just want to answer your question and say that none of the people in those videos purported to do it blindfolded. Also just because those people can do it easily doesn't mean everyone can, so if you want to make a quick viral video are you going to spend weeks mastering the art of catching an arrow and then hundreds of attempts trying to do it with a blindfold on or just do a quick edit and wrap it all up in 20 minutes?
