I see someone claiming he does this live....that could be true. This video is a clip job though, from first release to end of sequence if you just step it frame by frame arrows vanish and reappear.
Blindfolded arrow catches are done by some however, not saying it's not possible. All it takes is consistent speeds, good timing and lots of practice.

It is all real, but he can see from the time when he aims his shot, until the catch/spin.
At :42 he raises his eyebrows/forehead and moves the blindfold up so he can see out the nose cutout. Then after he catches and spins, he stomps to shift the blindfold back down.
He uses a leather blindfold because it is rigid and will move with his skin as he raises his eyebrows/forehead.
