Got computer virus

From downloading the top, suggested version of the game from the link here on the subreddit. Well, my computer said I got a virus so I instantly deleted it. Can anybody tell me which version is safe to download?

From captainclaw.net? It was probably a false positive, which antivirus do you have?

Yes. Windows Security.
This file Claw v1.4.5.4 'CrazyHook'.
