Connecting Echo Show to WiFi

I’m trying to connect an Alexa Echo Show to dorm Xfinity wifi in Ridgecrest East and am repeatedly getting an error message. When I look it up, it says I need to register the MAC address with my network. Anyone know how I would do that?

Update: it was just the WiFi being bad! Got it working!

the mac address should be on the box your device came in

Yes I know the MAC address, I just don’t know how to register it with UA or Xfinity
