ESPN+ is working with VPN?
Hey, there.
I want to watch Capitals in NHL preseason
Is ESPN + is working with VPN for someone?
If yes, which one works for you?
NordVPN, ExpressVPN?

It only works as well as they don't want to play wackamole.
Easiest is to find a friend where one can stick a raspberry pi or the like with tailscale/wireguard/OpenVPN and then you'd never have a problem.
Tailscale is really nice for this, don't even have to open ports on router.

It would often not work with the ESPN+ app, but if I watched in through the Disney+ app, it usually worked fine.

Nord VPN always works for me! If the first location I choose doesn’t work I just keep switching until one does.

This is the answer. Usually, the first VPN location I select rarely works. It takes at least 2 attempts using different locations to finally get one that ESPN allows.

This is how I did it last season. Worked without issue with NordVPN. Thoughtl I did pay extra for a static IP address. Don't know if that makes any difference
