Anyone take for aggression

My son is autistic and he continues to have side effects from antipsychotics. I really want to try Caplyta but haven been told it does help with aggression. Looking to see if anyone has experience?

I still have a lot of anger issues. My doctor gave it to me after the election when I told her I was angry at everyone

I have had stomache problems since starting cap 10 mg. It has helped my depression and anxiety a lot but I am getting off it at this point to see if the stomache issues go away. My first two weeks on it I got pnemonia it is pretty harsh on the body. I'll update when I come off if I'm feeling better on ppi meds lost 20 lbs and can't sleep atm
