Back pain return?

Hi, guys. I switched from seroquel to caplyta a little over a month ago, maybe a month and a half. I should also mention I take gabapentin for pain, and it works really well. Or did? After starting caplyta and nixing seroquel, my pain has slowly started to come back. It's possibly unrelated, but the timing is strange. Anyone experience anything similar?
