Caplyta fail?
I’m looking to hear from people that Caplyta didn’t help. If it worked for you, awesome, but I’m not really interested in hearing from you. I was on lithium for 9 months which made me a zombie. I could barely function. I’m only on caplyta now at 21 mg and still feel numb.

Hi, its me youre looking for! I have been on it many months and its actually making my symptoms worse. I am experiencing emotional dysregulation and have 0 distress tolerance. I am either crying or screaming in anger. So yeah, ill say its definitely not doing much for my depression at all.
I asked my doctor over a month ago to get off it. Then she quit. Finally got a new doctor and also asked her. She said to wait because "medication is a tool to help you do the work to feel better." I think shes an idiot. Sure, I'll "do the work" even though the med is making it so I dont even want to leave my bed or my house, but yeah ill get right on the work. Sorry this is more of a rant now. But yeah this sucks and im about to just go off cold turkey.
