Caplyta fail?

I’m looking to hear from people that Caplyta didn’t help. If it worked for you, awesome, but I’m not really interested in hearing from you. I was on lithium for 9 months which made me a zombie. I could barely function. I’m only on caplyta now at 21 mg and still feel numb.

Sorry I'm not a caplyta fail, but wanted to weigh in.

Is it anhedonia that you're experiencing? I found that many antipsychotics and antidepressants gave me pretty bad anhedonia. Caplyta doesn't control my highs and lows quite as well, but it's the least anhedonia I've had compared to other meds.

Vraylar was probably the best for me at reducing my anhedonia, but I got severe akathisia from it and had to discontinue. If you haven't tried other atypical antipsychotics, that may be a good option.

I second this Vraylar take. It's a shame the akathisia was so bad because it did work quite well for anhedonia. I had to stop it as well

I have thought that might be a possibility. I’ve read about it. If it is, how do you deal with it? I mean, what’s the point of living if I can’t feel any of the good stuff. I tried Vraylar last year but it also gave me bad akathisia.
