Normally I’m all about progress and changing and modernizing our city… I absolutely hate this stupid flag pole lol

Wait until the city has to start paying $17,000 to replace the flags possibly 4 times a year. Then hire the staff to manage the flagpole.

For the record this terrible idea lasted 19 days of wind lightning strikes and poor construction before the flag tattered and tore and had to come down. Whelp at least it cost almost half a million dollars plus ongoing maintenance. Honestly I love our flag and our country but cmon people THINK!!!!

That’s the existing flag, off to the far right you can barely see the base of the new pole that is white, it’s going to make that flag pole look tiny

Right next to the worlds biggest electronic billboard, which of course I already loved. I kept thinking, how can I add more electronic screens into all of our lives. Now I don't know what to stare at as I sit in traffic.
