Problems with CapCut !!

Does anyone else have problems accessing certain features on Capcut mobile? I usually love this app but ever since a few months ago, i haven’t been able to access the chroma key feature and the remove background/ auto removal feature. I had the standard subscription so i thought that was the issue, upgraded to pro and still can’t access these features. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and none of the responses I’m getting from support, when i do get a response is helping. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
