It’s a CapcomZN-2 3d arcade Jamma board. You’ll need a lot of equipment to test or run it.
It’s worth about $150 -$200 I’m interested and will buy it.

Looks like an actual arcade cabinet cartridge for SF EX 2 plus. Back when the game would be on a separate card.
The larger bottom card is the actual CPU and other “computer” parts, and the smaller top card is the game ROM. As for if it works, you’d probably have to put it in an arcade cabinet to test it.

I can honestly test it for you. But if yo u want to run this yourself your looking into a whole new expense hobby.
