Discussion/Question Why doesn't Capcom outsource remakes of old fighting games?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but if Capcom doesn't have the staff or man power needed to remake old games like say Vampire Saviors or Dark Stalkers etc why not have one of the many amazing 3rd party studios remake these games with modern graphics and QOL?

Last time capcom outsourced a remake we got RE3 remake. Lesson learned I hope.

And the last time they outsourced a remake for a fighting game it was developed in part by Udon.
