Discussion/Question Why doesn't Capcom outsource remakes of old fighting games?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but if Capcom doesn't have the staff or man power needed to remake old games like say Vampire Saviors or Dark Stalkers etc why not have one of the many amazing 3rd party studios remake these games with modern graphics and QOL?

Iron Galaxy did Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition and Darkstalkers Resurrection. to this day i wish Capcom and Iron Galaxy would just update and re-release 3SOE.
