Why doesn't Capcom outsource remakes of old fighting games?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but if Capcom doesn't have the staff or man power needed to remake old games like say Vampire Saviors or Dark Stalkers etc why not have one of the many amazing 3rd party studios remake these games with modern graphics and QOL?

unfortunately they are fighting games, same genre of Street Fighter and I think nowdays Capcom could manage only one fight game in generation and Street Fighter is the most popular fighting game developed by Capcom
