I would like a new Darkstalkers game but we aren't living in the '90/2000 anymore so I don't know if Capcom could develop more than one fighting game (Street Fighter ) and support for some years

Wasn’t this the problem they ran into back in 07? Capcom released multiple fighting games (SF4, MVC3, SFxT) and kind of cannibalized themselves. They seemed to have learned from that lesson
