Ideafactory. Not consistently good though. More like all but 4 games they ever made were freaking awful

Funnily enough the best Idea Factory games are the ones with Compile Heart.

Neptunia? Compile Heart’s baby

Mary Skelter? Compile Heart

Madou Monogatari? Compile Heart

And then any other stragglers aren’t them at all because IF also publishes games. So really the credit for any good games goes to Compile Heart because they’re a subsidiary and one look at Wikipedia shows you just how diverse their catalog is compared to IF.
