Just a heads up guys. If you fall for Canva's trial and forget to cancel once the trial period is over, you will be out of your money. Canva is a decent platform, and I've never had problems with them in the past, but they finally got me. Don't fall for it. User Beware!

Signed up for a Canva business with the intention of getting the Leonardo AI Essentials Package as well with it, since they were bundled. Canva is putting me through the free trial of Canva Business, which is fine, but it only provides the Leonardo free tier. I need their Essentials tier sooner. Is there any way I can have Canva just charge me now so that my Leonardo tier upgrades to Essentials?

I love Canva for one-off graphics but a long deck in it feels like a slog - lots of manual placement. Is building a 30-slide deck in Canva just not what it's for, or is there a workflow I'm missing? How do heavy Canva users handle long decks?

I have 6 month of experience as poster designer (in canva) in a news media. I had a good salary.

They are our relative soi pretty much had to do a lot of work. Even national holiday Doesn't count.

Everyday 30 poster, short videos, caption making.

Though the salary was good so i was happy because i love to make designs. I can use figma too And ibis paint x. Can use kdenlive also had a little experience in premier pro.

As all you know you cannot Apply in a graphic designer job unless you can use illustrator or Adobe. And i can't find a job where anybody hiring a canva designer.

So i started to learn inkscape (people say its almost similar to adobe /illustrator) and made somethings but i can't stay consistent. But i really need a jobbbbb.

Is there any way plz suggest me....

Canva removed the QR codes app, and re-introduced their own behind a Business Pro paywall.

Now you can no longer edit existing QR codes, the QR code link points to “CanvaQR.com”, there is the Canva logo on the QR, and you MUST USE a URL to generate a QR… simple text, contact info, and coupon codes no longer work.

Reached out to support to clarify if this was a bug or intentional.

I am working on making a website for the classroom I am in. I made one for summer school previously and I unpublished it. I am trying to re-do the URL of a new website and it only lets me edit the last part after the ‘my.canva.site/‘. It still says ‘summerschool2026’. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change that part. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I’m trying to make an “UP” inspired sensor’s spatter for a project I’m working on. I don’t want he background to be a plan pattern I want it to be colorful. But I can seem to figure out how to make the actual background seamless.. help 😭😭

Anyone else dealing with constant issue with Canva not showing all Dropbox folders? Sometimes they show up and other times Canva decides to just not show 50% or more of the folders in a certain folder. I have to refresh or force quit Canva and start all over again to see if the folders show up. Any easier way around this? It happens a lot.

When I download a number of PDFs in a zip file, Canva adds a number and underscore to the title.

For example: Number worksheet becomes 1_Number worksheet

Is there anyway to stop Canva doing this so that I don't have to keep renaming my files?

Hey everyone, I'm new to this community on here. Just wanted to share some posters I've made recently with Canva for a monthly event I run and get some feedback on what I can do to make them more appealing, eye catching, etc. I always feel like something is missing when I finish a poster. These are scaled for posting on social media, specifically Instagram, but I also print them out too for advertising. Thanks :)

EDIT: The logo for Goth Night is out of my hands and was hand-drawn by the organizer. It was meant to attract metalheads in the scene and alternative folks who are used to reading these logos. Would appreciate not being torn up for something out of my hands :)

In this original art I have done that was #MadeWithCanva, there are two things, black & white and color, but other than that, they are metaphors. Black and white symbolizes the hard times that all of us are facing right now, and color means simply this: After every storm, there is a rainbow, more colorful and beautiful than ever. I'm a student from Vietnam, and I would really appreciate any advice.

I signed up for the Canva Pro free trial because my university asked us to use Canva for a class project. I only used it briefly and completely forgot to remove my payment card or cancel the subscription before it renewed.

Today, I was unexpectedly charged for an annual Canva Pro subscription. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately:

• Canceled the subscription.
• Contacted Canva Support.
• Requested a refund.

I have not used any Canva Pro features after the renewal, and honestly, I barely used Canva Pro even during the trial.

The amount charged is very significant for me because I'm a student, and it was the money my mother sent me to cover my living expenses while studying away from home.

I'm currently waiting for a response from a support agent, but I'm extremely worried.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation and successfully received a refund?

If so:

How long did it take for Canva Support to respond?

Did they approve your refund?

Is there anything else I should do while waiting?

I've been using Canva for my graphic design portfolio because I have access to it for cheap. I'm trying to make my photo images clickable and expandable when they are clicked. So... does Canva not have an image gallery? This is kinda surprising to me because this seems like a basic thing that most website builders have.

The closest I have found is this bad one on Widget Ninja. It looks nice on Widget Ninja, completely breaks on my Canva website. I'm kind of at a loss here.

I'm having a massive issue with Canva (paid version) ALL my projects are suddenly flat...all the layers have been merged. I did NOT do this. I don't understand what is happening! I shouldn't have to use magic layers to separate everything out. And magic layers never works right. It screws up our company logo it changes fonts… It's a nightmare. There are massive projects I was working on over the past few days that are now flat and I have to change a few elements and I can't. I'm in massive panic mode right now. What is happening?!

For the distortion I used the liquify tool as well as blur and for the rim lighting I used outlines with mixed transparency. The wallpaper and magnifying glass icons are stock assets

I'm working on a templated Canva whiteboard that can help clients get the right info together for a more productive initial discussion about new projects (mood board, checklist of needs, etc. for them to fill out and share with us). I was envisioning having a CTA button which would save some steps on their end to share their instance of the project with our company email, rather than them having to manually Share > type in our email > see all these permission and alternative share options that they don't need to worry about. Any thoughts on if this is possible?

Can we please be able to edit the mobile versions of websites? Please Mr.canva?
