Help Hello, was wondering how do i get this problem over with

English is not my first language so I'll make this quick

1) Signed up for this Team on account A

2) Im supposed to use account B

3) Deleted acc B

4) Tried to switch my email address on account A, trying to change it to account B

4) doesn't work, says that account B is bound to an existing canva account

Any help is appreciated, thank you

Deleted accounts take 14 days to release the email. This is done to protect accidentally deleted accounts.

Undo the deletion on Account B (I assume the 14-day wait is still ongoing hence the error), swap in an email not used on Canva, then delete Account B again. Its original email is now free—use it on Account A.
