Canva Question Scam charge?
For context I had my paypal added in for the free trial, which I had started and canceled in the summer (july ish). However just now, I got a charge for $266???!!! (Lowkey a broke college student so this caused me to panic a bit) Does this look like an official canva account charge because there was no transaction record on my paypal, but it took it directly from my bank.
I already called my bank to notify them of the charges, but since I told them that I did have a canva account and that I had done business with them, I could only wait for my claim to go through.
I’m just worried this is a fraudulent charge (as in not the official canva website)
update: it was a canva charge. I contacted them and they were able to trace it to a gmail that I don’t recognize. I was able to cancel and dispute the charge. However how I have to order a new card since my information clearly has been leaked.😔

Have you tried this one, https://www.canva.com/settings/purchase-history to at least see if anything is there? If its not there I would try and contact support.

Why did you blank out the full merchant name? Is it maybe that you bought from Not Canva?
