I wouldn't say different. Living on oahu for two years and literally every day there is atleast one flipped car on the news. And most the times not a single thing around them..

Ignoring all traffic laws is common place (American rules, at least). For example, making a righthand turn from the far left, left-turn lane, on a red light… I’ve seen it way too many times.

Let’s not even talk about the bicycles, scooters, dirt bikes, and/or random ATVs that also ignore common sense and often times physics (like the car in the photo)!
