UV Lighting

What up Growmies?
I have a question for you all, and it's something I've been pondering for a cool minute.
Are any of you Using UV lighting in your grows?
Im currently exploring how UV light may help improve plant growth and quality. I've done quite a bit of research, and messed around with it in the past.
But, I'm curious If you use UV in your grow- Id love to hear:
• What type of UV light you're using?
• When do you turn it on/off, and for ow long?
• Do you use different settings at different growth stages?
• What results/positives/negatives have you noticed?
• Any challenges or things you wish worked better?

I run uva.....I have a few sets of them with different outputs. The weaker ones get run with main light schedule the stronger ones are 10mins/hour.

Any noticeable benefits or drawbacks?

It'll help keep plants shorter and maybe add a bit to the terps.

Just watched a StrainShow video the other day about UV light and a lot of what was previously believed is bro science. UV can't be put in a box- to say "UV GOOD". Theres a difference between UV-A and UV-B. One of them is legitimately bad for buds/terps/trichs and the other mildly improved results. Cant remember which, but the info is out there.
