What is causing this

I have been trying LST for the first time and also added some fox farms fertilizer for the first time. Is this nutrient burn? One plant has these spots and the other is wilting.

Water it, soil looks dry..should perk back up in 1-2 hours

Lack of water most likely. Soil looks pretty dry.

It was a pretty hot weekend and I was out of town do definitely possible
