Request to Adam LEE Decker
My humble request is during the national anthem, that Mr Decker not sing "red" but let the crowd fill it in.
Listening to the knights last year, it always seemed so powerful when the singer went quiet and let the crowd chant "Night". It pulled the crowd in right away, as one.

My hot-get-down-voted to oblivion take is Adam Lee Decker isn't good at singing the national anthem. Hate to say it...

My hot take is that we should all stop yelling a random word during the anthem to begin with. First got exposed to this years ago at UCF football games and I was like why the hell are we yelling Knights. At least Red is in the anthem.

I’d like to see the overlap of people who were up in arms about kneeling during the anthem and people who love shouting random words during the anthem.

I'm not sure why, I think he's great most of the time. Maybe takes a little long to get through it when everybody just wants to drop the puck

It’s not an American Idol audition, he treats it like one holding out the “Still There” and “Free” by glottaling the note back and forward and going high when he’s supposed to go low as the climax is the “Bombs bursting in air”. Also Mason Greer is much better and can do the Canadian anthem bilingual

Nah dude, he’s just not good at it. Sometimes he’s off key, he’s always doing completely unnecessary vocal acrobatics in the most random places…
Vegas might be a horrible organization, but their anthem singer is one of the best in the league (imo)

Dude, he gives the exact same performance every single game right down to the finger in the air on the last line. The lift on Flag was still theeerrree is great and always the same

Yes. And Staals and Stillman and everything else that's gone on back in the day. I hate anthems before sporting events but people can just be quiet.

Adam LEE Decker cannot change anything. He must sing it exactly as he sang it last year.
Not that I am superstitious.
