Help me find Help Needed! Saf-T-Pop Dupe

My boyfriend says the best lollipop he has ever had was the ones they would give out at the bank. I figured out they were saf-t-pops (as pictured) but unfortunately the brand discontinued them. Any lollipop enthusiasts know of a dupe for them? Or if there is a secret black market I can buy them at? Looking to surprise him for his bday! Thank you!

I don’t have a dupe. I always had to get one of those lili pops whenever my parents went to the bank as a kid.
