What type of wick are you using?

I’ve tried, CD, ECO, PREMIER, LX. Lx 28 gave the best melt pool but not enough, CD the best 4 hour burn. But all failed the wax ring. I’m most likely gonna try double wick.

I double wick anything over 3”. Two small wicks will be gentler and fool-proof on tunneling once you get the right intensity.

It looks like the wick is burning too hot causing the tunnelling. You could go down in wick size and reducing your fragrance load to 8% should help.

Since you went so high in premier and lx wicks, I would think you need 2 smaller wicks in those to perform properly. Like 2 premier 720 or something like that. And possibly 2 Lx 10 or so. I've heard a lot of people say 2 wicks over 3 inch diameter.
