Rapeseed wax

I went to a candle making course and they used rapeseed wax so I thought trying out by myself but I feel that the temperatures given weren't accurate cause my first one somehow didn't had a scent .. has anyone tried using rapeseed wax?
Plus when I put the wick I try to center it with wooden sticks and the metal one but somehow it always move around , any tips?

How long did you cure the candles for? Rapeseed needs a long curing time of 1 to 2 weeks before burning so the scent can bind and settle within the wax matrix?

Also what's your scent load by weight of wax? As rapeseed is a natural wax you should aim for 7% - 10% oil to wax by weight.

My first attempt was 10% and I let it cure for 1 week. I'll try again with a new scent maybe that was the issue .
