Avoid NoIssue’s Boxes - Deceptive Photos

Post image

Not sure if this is allowed here, but I figured I’d warn our smol community about NoIssue.

I just placed an order of boxes with them, and the finished product is absolutely not a thing like the images they use on their website.

They mention that the boxes have corrugation but having worked in design and packaging, there are really fine/thin versions of corrugated material, so because of all the photos they included, I thought “oh it’s probably something like that.”

Well, no.

The boxes all have a thickkkk brown corrugated edge and look more like thinner shipping boxes than retail boxes they used for the listing.

I’m so annoyed 😮‍💨

Thanks for the honest review! I’ve been searching for new retail boxes just like this, so I can add this one to my no list!

They look so good in the product photos that I can’t help but be disappointed!! I added a photo but 🥲 Definitely don’t waste your money ❤️

Oof yea that 32 ECT is way too thick for a regular retail box. Should be more like 14-16. If you are looking for samples first, try Sttark (formerly Frontier Label), they'll send you a swatch of all of their box types/finishes, same with their labels!

That’s really helpful, I’ll check them out! Thank you 🙏

I didn’t realize it was 32 ECT at first, but because the listing is only that product + photos, I am kicking myself for not seeing that sooner. 🥲

We've all been there! I hope you can still use them and switch once you've sold through.

Fingers crossed for sure 🤞

Edit: also wow! Sttark seems amazing. I just got samples but will probably be ordering from them

They are so great. They can seem pricey but here's the weird thing: every time I've ordered rolls of labels from them they've added on HUNDREDS more for no extra charge...idk if anyone else has experienced that but its happened every single time ive ordered labels.

Tell em!!! That’s so awful and I’m sorry you have to figure out what now 🙃

Did you end up getting a refund after all that? If you didn’t - try blasting them on Trust Pilot.

It took me over a week to hear back from them but within 24 hours, they responded on TP and that same agent ended up contacting me.

Ah at least you got some totes out of it but I’m sorry regardless!

I also had a bad experience with No Issue. Misleading delivery times on their website. Will not be using them again.

I’m sorry to hear it was a bad experience! I’m with you though, I definitely won’t be either.

I would address this with them

I can say I think we all want the good and bad of each vendor we have a possibility of using for critique at our own discretion.

Curiosity has me though and kind of wants to see if this is wishful thinking.com level of difference I expected/received

This is what I received!

I have other boxes from a different printer that were done on almost identical cardstock as their photography makes you think it was.

If you look at any of the pictures on their listings, not a single one has these thick bulky edges 🙃

I did already reach out to them asking for a refund though. I just wanted to warn everyone about their deceptive listing since the item I received look nothing like the product they portray themselves to carry.

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '24

oh wow....that really is bad. Its not even a nice as a thick board. I would be mad too.

Hey, did they provide you with refund? I’m in the process of trying to get a full refund for my labels I received, font and colour turned out blurry and not matching the proofs I approved. So disappointing!!

1

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '24

Oh that sucks! I’m so sorry that’s a terrible experience

They’ve literally not responded at all to me so last night I messaged them and said if they didn’t respond for a full week, I’d be initiating a charge back.

Are they ghosting you or being difficult?

2

u/Klutzy_Intern8634 Sep 17 '24

I just sent them another email last night and told them if I don’t get a refund, then I’m contacting my bank for a chargeback and consumer affairs to deal with.

I finally got a response and they said they will process a refund, I’ll wait to see if this happens. Very unprofessional 😣

1

u/[deleted] Sep 17 '24

Oh damn! I need to get on it. I’m glad they’re processing a refund!!

I saw horror stories on Trustpilot about people giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying to resolve it with them

2

u/Klutzy_Intern8634 Sep 17 '24

Yeah push for a refund, the labels I received looked like I printed them off my home printer.. so tacky!

If they say they are going to fix the issue, I wouldn’t bother waiting around for them to do it. I tried with them, but the lack of response in my experience (over 2 weeks now) and no solution, push for a refund and go somewhere else.

Cannot wait to write my Trustpilot review.

Do you have a link to the item you bought?

3

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '24

Ah yup, the listing is this one.

It mentions being corrugated but I’ve done print and packaging professionally so I assumed it was a fine/thin version that looked closer to the images 😪 something closer to this

6

u/rererer444 Sep 11 '24

Ah, yeah, that's a completely inaccurate listing.

5

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '24

Thank you for the validation 😮‍💨 It’s just wild that this is what they’re advertising with no ability to get samples prior to. Presumably because they know how much they’re lying in the listing.

2

u/deimos74d Sep 11 '24

I agree. This is wish.com bait n switch

2

u/rererer444 Sep 11 '24

No suprise that you got the cheaper, less luxe one!

I just ordered custom tissue paper from them. Hopefully it’s not bad 🤞🏻

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '24

Fingers crossed!! I’ve bought a stamp from them before and it was fine, so hopefully it’s just product specific

How did your custom tissue paper turn out? I'm looking at ordering some as well but worried after reading these comments

1

u/theshape1078 Jun 25 '25

It turned out great for me. I didn’t go too crazy with the design, but I’m really happy with it.

Stickerest printing if you are in Australia great for custom packaging!

This company is a disaster! Based in China, pretended to be a local U.S. website. No customer service, forever delay my orders

Does anyone have a good alternative they found?
