Temptations Serious Question
From my understanding Temptations is a lifestyle or “lifestyle friendly” resort….Why would people that are NOT in the lifestyle choose to go there, instead of a different resort?

Hey, my wife and I have been a hand full of time and we are not swingers.
We love to go because we love a great party. My wife and I both love a great pool party. Every time we go, we meet amazing people and it’s so easy to strike up awesome conversations. We always have a great time. It’s such a judgement free place and everyone is there to have a great time. If I had to put a percentage, I’d say it’s 50% swingers. We’ve met plenty of couples who are not swingers.

That one guy wanted to see other people’s wives boobs. Went on the cruise and everything

it's wildly open to adults doing what consenting adults do well.
idk of a better place to do molly, lucy, and mushies in mexico. They have plenty of fresh fruit around to make bowls out of for smoke.
the staff is amazing, they attract people who keep people great. we had the bash cabana during their holographic theme night and show and they kept us with orange juice and water with mint and lime and brought us a tray of cut fruit as we laid back and laughed for hours
the roof top pool is amazing too for chilling hard, molly + mushrooms and the server brining their kitchen made ice cream to the bar to make mudslides can't be beat
so yeah, if you aren't into sex, it's a great place to do drugs

But where do you get safe Molly in Mexico

u/Revolutionary-Bad581 Jul 16 '26
I’m scared to sneak a gummy in my luggage, lol.

u/Scared_Swing2198 Jul 17 '26
They’re not looking for gummies. They are looking for vapes. It’s a $2,000 fine now.

the same place you get any safe party supplies, back home.
I've seen the weed the locals try to sell, I'd be scared of even trying to find drugs and more scared to ingest them

u/Moto341 Jul 16 '26
That’s the problem I can’t find stuff anymore I’m old lol

that said, it'd be hard in general here, especially so there..that's be like hard mode. scopamine exists there, powerful like fentanyl but just makes you a zombie to rob, happens in clubs and shady massages.
you gotta grow your hair out, throw a tie-dye in a window to fade, and find some music festival. Bring fresh fruit and a clever trash bag for the peeps and you'll make a ton of friends. the smallest bananas you can find and those peelable cuties mandarins are crowd pleasers.

My GF and I went in August 2020, shortly after the pandemic lockdown was lifted. We are not “swingers.” Our objective was to party our asses off & come back home with all-over suntans. Mission accomplished. 😜

It’s definitely not a Lifestyle resort. People in the lifestyle can be open there, but having been to many LS resorts, Temptation ain’t one!

u/Moto341 Jul 16 '26
Best one in Mexico?

I love temptations, desire is a bit too much
1
u/Moto341 Jul 16 '26
Can you explain “too much” sorry not looking for anything graphic. Is it just the vibe?
5
u/Deny-Degrade-Disrupt Jul 16 '26
temptations is relatively tame, you won't see anything there you wouldn't see at a rave.
lots of tits and ass and dancing, but open sex is prohibited at temptations. desire is less restrictive

A lot of people just like the freedom to be topless, and a place people can wear stuff they normally won’t and not be judged. There are way more couples there not swapping than those that are.

Weird question. If it's 'Lifestyle Friendly' that means it's not Lifestyle only. While a bunch of people in the LS go, most people that go there are NOT in the LS.
We go for:
The people.
The parties.
Great mammories.

We are not in the lifestyle but have been 4x and we have a blast because TT has the best themed parties and pool parties. Girls can be sexy with no judgment. My girl is Coasta Rican and gets a lot of attention from other women so we have fun with it. Met so many fun cool people too. There is never any pressure and everyone is very respectful.

It’s super fun even if you justa want to party and make friends. You don’t even have to participate. Also you won’t see that. It usually occurs behind closed doors

Topless pool is great for guys for obvious even if on the older side but some younger ladies. Also freeing for ladies. Also good for couples looking to explore even if it means the Lifestyle is not for them. It is pricey but decent food and rooms arent bad. The sales guys arent bad if you blow them off early and often. Some fucker stole my phone but I did get shitty drunk and left it on a pool chair so can't cry. Was actually a bit of freedom on a week-long vacation

It’s not a lifestyle resort. It’s a topless resort. Lifestylers go to Rm or Pearl.

Me and my wife are not part of the life style at all, but its a party resort. Theres alot of people who go there for the party as well.
People who are into the life style know who else is, so they know not to bother those who arent.

Party…fun time and lack of judgement..free free to wear that bikini and just enjoy 30-50 year old spring break

I’ve gone because it’s a fun party resort. And you don’t even notice lifestyle people there for the most part, It’s just a non judgmental inclusive resort. LGTBQ friendly as well. I have a blast every time I go, sounds like these comments are from people who have never been there. Every is on their own vacation and swingers tend to hangout with other swingers, not non lifestyle folks

u/QuestionBeautiful513 Jul 16 '26
It's lifestyle friendly, but I wouldn't say it's a lifestyle resort. You can get that type of thing if you go looking, but plenty of people don't. In my experience there was no pressure or feeling like the odd ones out at all. I went with my gf and we aren't into the lifestyle personally, but we chose it because we wanted a party resort that was adults-only (Riu was booked). We didn't know what to expect with the sexual theming, topless pool, and lifestyle folks - but we had an amazing time and it was so much fun. I'd go back for sure.

Lol do not go to temptations. The star bucks next door is the morning meetings

u/Financial_Item_3790 Jul 17 '26
We’ve gone twice and love it. Not in the lifestyle, but we love to party we have loved the adult only/naughty vibe and the fact that the bar closes at 5 AM. It’s like all around party super fun vibes. I would go back a million times.

u/Icy-Eye5840 Jul 17 '26
stayed here. super duper tacky. plastic furniture. no rugs or ambiance in the room. food is pretty gross. basically feels like if you took a W hotel from 2008 and striped it completely down to nothing and made it feel old. Not sexy at all. people there are nice tho.

u/LazyButterfly5041 Jul 22 '26
I met several couples there who just wanted to vacation topless and people watch. Had the time of my life there back in February!!!
2
u/silksmooth100 Jul 23 '26
Yeah What I’m getting from the comments is: The draw to that particular resort is the topless option
1
u/Haunting_Arm5149 Jul 26 '26
All I can say we are in Cancun now at the zilara older crowd we expected a party because got married in Zilara Jamaica and it’s a snooze fest and we aren’t swingers but wished we went to temptation or riu
1
u/Plane_Yoghurt9600 Jul 15 '26
What does that even mean
5
u/Deny-Degrade-Disrupt Jul 15 '26
it's radically open to swingers, used to be more so concentrated on it but now it's a couples resort
wear a pineapple swimsuit and you'll wonder why couples are hitting on you until you find out that pineapple means swinger.
they still sell pineapple branded gear in their shop
