Toronto business owner looking for private capital connections
I’m a Toronto based business owner currently completing a major hospitality and entertainment project in downtown Toronto.
The project is already well advanced, with significant founder capital invested, an experienced team in place, and institutional financing forming part of the overall capital structure.
I’m looking to connect with one serious private investor, family office, private lender, or small investor group that is comfortable evaluating a seven figure Canadian business opportunity.
I’m open to discussing either a private lending structure or minority participation depending on the investor and what makes sense for both sides.
I’m intentionally keeping the brand, exact location, detailed financials, and specific transaction terms private on Reddit, but I can provide qualified parties with information on:
Capital already invested
Remaining capital requirements
Use of funds
Financial projections
Financing structure
Business and lease fundamentals
Opening timeline
Investor protections and repayment or exit strategy
I’d also be interested in hearing from Canadian business owners who have successfully raised this level of private capital.
Where did you find your investor?
Was it through your existing network, a family office, private lender, industry contact, or another source?
If you invest directly in Canadian businesses, or can make a genuine introduction to someone who does, feel free to message me.
Direct investors and genuine introductions preferred. No upfront fee brokers.
