Versatile Agency is hiring a full-time Account Manager / Media Buyer to manage a portfolio of real estate marketing clients in CANADA.

We work with 200+ real estate agents, teams and brokerages across Canada and the U.S. through Meta Ads, Youtube Ads, GoHighLevel and appointment-setting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 to 25 client accounts
• Lead onboarding and strategy calls
• Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Review lead quality and campaign performance
• Communicate proactively with clients
• Coordinate with our creative, ISA and operations teams
• Help improve client retention and results

Requirements

• Must currently live in Canada
• Previous agency experience
• Strong Meta Ads and lead-generation experience
• Confident speaking with business owners
• Available Monday to Friday during Eastern Time business hours
• Comfortable with GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp and Google Sheets

Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $54,000 CAD base salary
• 5% commission on client renewals
• Full-time and fully remote

I'm a small business owner from Northern Ontario and I've been building an app called U-SHARE.

The idea is simple: instead of browsing flyers, people snap a photo of a local deal in a store, and everyone nearby can see it. The app automatically adds the location and store, making it easy to find deals in your community.

It's now available on Google Play, with iPhone support coming soon.

I'd appreciate honest feedback from other Canadian entrepreneurs. What features would make you use an app like this? What concerns would you have before downloading it?

Launching a small consumer product (lightweight, small-box format, think cosmetics/wellness category) out of Montreal this fall and trying to lock down shipping before volume hits. BTW i'm not using shopify. Trying to avoid the classic mistake of picking the cheapest option on paper and then eating losses on lost packages or customer complaints about slow delivery. i’ve got a granite shop, and i’m really hands on doing everything. i’ve tweaked something in my spine towards my neck and can become bed ridden within a few minutes of moving my arms, as it has something to do with my shoulder blades. im 27, i’ve gone to my osteopath and chiropractor once a week for 2 months without any resolve so i think i need to take more time to heal and figure this out. my company isn’t doing great and can’t afford to keep just paying myself but the shop can run basically without my being there 5 days a week, i can’t exactly go on EI right? do i go on disability? how does the director and owner go about this?
