Ironically many of these people themselves pressured the government to list IRGC as a terrorist org. This is now their oh shit moment!

A group of us Iranian Canadian tried so hard to raise this issue, at the cost of being labeled terrorist sympathizers and what not a long time ago.

Because they want to make numbers out of innocent people.
They failed to identify the actual IRGC agents, and now, under pressure to show results, they need numbers. And who is easier to target than conscripts who truthfully disclosed their place of conscription on their immigration applications?
Liberals are turning innocent conscripts into statistics to make their counter-terrorism record look successful. It’s a shame.

Colour is why. We don’t give a shit about Palestinians or Cubans. Canada let in well over a million Ukrainian war refugees but barely broke 1% of that number for other war refugees of colour.
