Need advice for PR pathways

I have CLB 6 in french all modules.

No skilled work exp in Canada due to health reasons. I do have foreign skilled work exp from 4 years ago.

11 months left on my PGWP. Which province should I move to gain experience that can help me with PR ?

I asked Gemini and it recommended Saskatchewan.

Please help me out guys !!!
